We do not ship perishable food items outside of our delivery zones at this time to ensure food safety and quality.

For non-perishable items (e.g., sauces, snacks, merchandise), we offer shipping via trusted courier partners.

Our standard delivery hours are:

• Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, weather, traffic, and other external factors.

• Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) within our delivery zones.

• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the next business day.

For non-perishable shipped items:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

• Local Delivery Fee: Shipping Cost may vary depending on order volume.

• Free Delivery: Available on orders over ZAR100.

• Shipping for non-perishable items: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 hours for local delivery during business hours.

• For shipped items, orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
